According to a Harvard study, participants who had 17% to 21% of sugar in their calories were 38% more prone to contacting a cardiovascular disease in the future. Subsequently, also estimated that around 37 million Americans have diabetes, both adults and children and that dessert is an underlying factor.

Despite these warnings regarding sugar, indulging in sweet treats doesn’t have to compromise your commitment to a healthy lifestyle! So, you must try these!

i) Dark Chocolate-Covered Berries


  • Dark chocolate, known for its rich, intense flavor, stands as a healthier option than milk chocolate!
  • Also, berries also add natural sweetness and a burst of antioxidants.

  • Berries, such as blueberries and strawberries, are low in calories and high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

ii) Greek Yogurt Parfait
