Subsequently, also estimated that around 37 million Americans have diabetes, both adults and children and that dessert is an underlying factor.

Despite these warnings regarding sugar, indulging in sweet treats doesn’t have to compromise your commitment to a healthy lifestyle! So, you must try these!

i) Dark Chocolate-Covered Berries

  • Dark chocolate, known for its rich, intense flavor, stands as a healthier option than milk chocolate!
  • Also, berries also add natural sweetness and a burst of antioxidants.

  • Moderate dark chocolate consumption associates with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.
  • Berries, such as blueberries and strawberries, are low in calories and high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

ii) Greek Yogurt Parfait
